Key Responsibilities: * Develop creative sourcing strategies for a number of roles including engineering and sales; beyond LinkedIn Recruiter! * Manage the entire recruiting process including finding passive candidates, initial phone screens, scheduling, and extending offers * Work with hiring managers to understand business needs and ideal candidate profiles to make sure there is alignment, provide updates, and pivot strategies if needed * Opportunity to partner with your manager and work on human resources projects (onboarding/employee branding/DI initiatives) Qualifications: * 1+ years of recruiting experience; ideally exposure to technical recruiting * Someone who loves to source!
