Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Position Summary: -Work with managers to identify key target clients, industries, and markets -Organize client intelligence into strategic concepts for proposals -Develop tailored proposal and qualification submittals, providing leadership with outlined deliverables, schedule expectations, driving the process, and ensuring quality control -Lead teams through interview preparation -Support timely data entry into the firm's CRM database (Deltek Vantagepoint) to maintain project information, resumes, final submittals, marketing resources, visuals, and other materials, as needed -Actively develop content through writing and editing-Conceptualize visual design elements and implement through basic graphic design or coordinate with our in-house graphic designer Top “Must Have Skills” for this job: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business administration, or similar – OR – equivalent relevant experience - Must have working knowledge of RFP / RFQ / proposal process within the AEC industry - 1-4+ years of proposal experience within the A/E/C industry (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Adobe Creative application InDesign - Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred - Excellent written and verbal communicator - Self-starter who requires little to no supervision to meet assigned deadlines - High energy, positive, professional attitude, takes pride in work, superior attention to detail - Team oriented, collaborative work style

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Do you have working knowledge of RFP/RFQ/proposal process within the AEC industry?
• A/E/C industry (2+ years)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Office Microsoft Suite
  • InDesign
  • CRM software
