Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to join our Healthcare Market group within the Corporate, Health, and Science Practice in our Orlando and Tampa, FL offices. The Healthcare Project Architect will be responsible for designing and managing the overall project design and development process to ensure that construction documents conform with client agreements. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills. Top “Must Have Skills” for this job: • 8+ years of professional experience as a Healthcare Architect • Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) experience • Proficient with Revit, MS Office, MS Project, and Sketch-Up • Valid Professional Registration in the State of FL • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture Design from an accredited University Paid Time Off & Flexible Work Arrangements – Paid time off includes vacation and personal leave – Observed holidays – Floating holiday – Flexible work arrangements including flexible work hours and compressed schedules – Telecommuting program – Paid parental leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid National Council of Architectural Registration Board license/certification
• Do you have a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree from accredited university?
• Ensuring construction documents conform with client agreements (3+ years) (3+ years)
• Managing project design (3+ years)

• 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Revit
  • Microsoft Project
  • Sketch-Up
