Your Role You will collaborate with senior and executive leaders in building out our company from the ground up. You will get hands on experience applying data analysis to real world situations, exposure to business development and growth opportunities, an opportunity to build a national networking base, and the ability to work among some of the sought after thought leadership in the health care space. Primary functions for the Government Programs Analyst include: • Assist and collaborate cross functionally with verticals to analyze, validate, and summarize topics of research that are critical to business functions • Assist market leadership to align and coordinate dates of submission for CKCC models • Assist the operational, clinical, finance and strategy teams with data analysis • Collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment • Design business processes to optimize organizational efficiency • Engage physicians and other leaders at joint venture partners to address clinical workflows • Leverage a claim analysis data tool to stratify large data sets across different financial and outcomes metrics • Succinctly communicate outcomes of various project and analytics to the team • Create sophisticated presentations in PowerPoint using advanced skill sets • Serve as a project management support, organizing the team around major milestones and the individual tasks that lead up to those milestones, in partnership with the Project Manager How You are Supported You will benefit from our exceptional total rewards package, including competitive base pay with bonuses, paid time off starting at 4 weeks for full time employees, 11 paid holidays per year, reimbursement for continuing medical education, 401k with match (coming soon), health, dental, and vision insurance.
