Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Partner with Client Success Managers and Crowd/Recruiters to drive hiring results in line with the client’s overall strategic plan • Drive customer outcomes through fulfilling jobs o Influence hiring managers to hire Relode candidates o Engage with recruiters to ensure candidates for open jobs • Build and participate within a world-class Job Management team: o Executive against KPIs o Deliver against defined metrics including quota o Foster collaboration within the Relode team and across recruiters o Drive operational practices to track performance of self, recruiters, and candidates • Work closely with the VP of Success and Client Success Team to align on strategies, fulfillment forecasting, and identify at-risk jobs or clients. • Influence future lifetime value through customer satisfaction via job fulfillment with Relode Candidates • Deliver transformational leadership and communication so that recruiters are highly motivated and engaged. Be an inspirational role model by challenging and maximizing the strength of the team and aligning your efforts to the mission and vision of the organization. • Escalated recruiter or candidate issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate • This role is focused on job fulfillment through project management activities and is not a recruiter role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • You’re a thought leader that your teammates are excited to work with every day • 2+ years of experience recruiting or hiring in the IT/Software space • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate recruiters and candidates • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity • Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders • Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction • Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency • Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode’s mission statement, philosophy and values

  • IT/Software Recruiting (2+ years)
  • Do you have experience creating/broadcasting job postings?
Preferred
  • What industries and positions do you have experience recruiting for?
  • Do you have experience sitting in and/or hosting job qualification calls with Hiring Managers?
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • OneNote
    • SharePoint
    • Zoom
    • Salesforce
