Experience with Direct Marketing (including Direct Mail and Digital Marketing) 3. Ability to create and write copy for Marketing Materials 4. Strong written and oral communication skills 5. Additional Job Details: In this role, The Patient Marketing Specialist plans, recommends, implements, and helps optimize marketing communications to patients based on detailed quantitative analyses using data-driven models, market segmentation, and other best practices and solutions to maximize enrollment in Prospero's services. The Patient Marketing Specialist's work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Key success metrics for the role include enhancing call performance, successfully implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, and supporting the development of engagement & enrollment goals. This position will report to the Director, Patient Marketing. Primary Responsibilities: * Develop & implement multi-channel patient marketing strategies that enhance our success in engaging & enrolling the most appropriate patients for our services * Work closely with the patient engagement team to develop and implement call scripts, written materials, A/B testing, and research & development of optimal tactics in order to exceed engagement & enrollment targets * Look for ways to provide consistent improvement of our patient engagement & enrollment activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- a Marketing or Communications related role (2+ years)

- Direct Marketing
- Direct Mail Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- MS Office Suite
