Operational Performance Manager

Overview

Required Skills and Experience: 1. 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management 2. 5+ years of experience in Analytics and Implementing new software 3. Experience in Data Collection, Organization, and Evaluations Systems for monitoring patient care 4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce FSL 5. Strong leadership and team development skills 6. Experience in Agile Software Development 7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 9. Problem Solving Skills 10. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required) What You Need to Know: 1. Brand New Office Building with parking included! 6. And much more! Additional Job Details: 1. Manage and drive territory management process improvement, monitoring and controls 2. Drive definition of system capability requirements to support increased efficiency required for the territory management process 3. Drive definition of reporting/dashboard requirements for monitoring and controlling territory management process 4. Establish clinician and PES outreach capacity planning based on patient volumes and enrollment goals 5. Work with market Clinical Directors and Clinical Service Managers to continuously optimize capacity in the field 6. Identify issues, assist in evaluations and fact gathering to resolve technical and operational problems; provide solutions 7. Create integrated database tracking tools for staffing patterns to optimize staffing forecasts 8. Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance levels 9. Confer with team members concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures 10. Manage additional larger scale operational performance improvement efforts as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Analytics
  • Implementating New Software
  • Data Collection
  • Evaluation Systems
  • Salesforce
• Project Management (PM) (5+ years)

• Bachelor's degree or higher
