Overview

Required skills and experience: - You have 2-4 years of B2B Software Sales TO the Recruitment Industry (ie Staffing/TA Companies Departments are your customers) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - You have a proven track record of sales success in a B2B sales environment - Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed - You love working in consultative sales, with multiple decision- makers and stakeholders, varying complexity - Experience selling to the healthcare industry (a plus) - Travel up to 25% of the time excites you What you need to know: - Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within the long-term care space - Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts - Prepare and present product demonstrations - Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline - Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines - Capture and manage information/data/metrics in SFDC - Attend trade shows, events, and conferences Job Selling Points: - 100% Remote from Anywhere in the USA - Flex Fridays: Off 2 Fridays Per Month, Off at 3 PM 2 Fridays Per Month - Competitive pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) - Unlimited PTO - Wellness reimbursement - Internal training programs - In person events and activities - Employee hubs and office locations nationwide - Flexible and remote working options - Healthy life/work balance - Fun, collaborative work environment Note: Covid Vaccination Strongly Recommended AE's will travel to conferences, trade shows and similar events wherein proof of vaccination, masks, and/or negative tests will be required.

    • Recruitment Industry
    • Human Resources
