Overview

Job Overview We are in mode of rapid growth and development and we're in need of a motivated and flexible individual to support our growing enterprise as a Strategic Initiative Leader on the Enterprise Business Planning team. Reporting to the SVP, Optimization and Planning, this leader will be an enterprise liaison between all departments and will help lead, manage, and support execution of various strategic initiatives against the strategic plan. Responsibilities and Duties: • Lead and manage the implementation of strategic initiatives from development to launch and ensure sustainability and scalability of new capabilities or processes. • Portfolio management including advancing, measuring and tracking key strategic initiatives and identifying/analyzing trends and economic drivers impacting success. • Lead analytic projects, partnering as appropriate with the clinical, operational, and finance teams. • Conduct enterprise-level analyses to support executive dashboards and KPI reporting. • Develop and test hypotheses through problem solving and iterative analysis. • Translate strategic launch goals into a meaningful implementation strategy and project plan. • Support clear communications across teams and upward to leadership. • Understand user workflows with an eye for automation and user experience improvement. • Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Excel. • Develop reports from insights generated from our data analyses. • Clearly synthesize and communicate the implications of analyses for internal and external stakeholders. • Create a culture of data fluency by educating stakeholders on the use of our data and reports. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders. • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders, synthesize, and deliver to leadership to improve alignment. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 3-6+ years of change mgmt, project mgmt experience, strategic planning or operational experience • Experience implementing systems and processes • Proven track record in achieving business goals and on-time deliverables • Proven ability to boil down research findings into relevant insights • Acute attention to detail to create and drive project plans • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively • Strong approach to conceptual problem solving and analytical approaches • Self-starter who will take initiative and be proactive when there are multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a health care setting with payers/providers

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Project Management (PM) (3+ years)
  • Healthcare (2+ years)
  • Do you have previous experience working with payers/providers in an Insurance or Healthcare setting?
  • Do you have experience effectively implementing new systems & processes across a given domain?
