Overview
Position Summary: Provides individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and coordinates services, and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans Conducts assigned group counseling sessions Collaborates with the Emily Program staff, community professionals, and community agencies in coordinating care services and maintaining continuity of care Participates in case consultation May participate in quality assessment/peer review of documentation Provides clinical supervision as needed and appropriate based on licensure Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing the literature Attends regular staff meetings Qualifications: Current license, or working towards licensure in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) Client is open to both pre-independent licensed candidates and fully licensed candidates. Individual & family psychotherapy experience preferred DBT experience preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

- Individual Psychotherapy
- Family Psychotherapy
- DBT
