This is a Full Time position with .5 FTE Program Assistant and .5 FTE Outpatient Therapist. Position Summary: The Program Assistant/Outpatient Therapist provides facilitation and support services for intensive programming. Collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, their family. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct group therapy sessions within assigned intensive program May support intensive program with meal preparation and clean-up which may include washing dishes May participate in therapeutic meals May assist with milieu management Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory standards May participate in peer review of documentation Position Summary: The Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans May conduct back up coverage group therapy sessions in assigned intensive program  May conduct outpatient group therapy sessions Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory standards May participate peer review of documentation May provides clinical supervision as needed Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public.  Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current agency's clients’ protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and company policy.  Additionally, maintain confidentiality in any position with access to employee personal information.
