Overview

We are seeking a Remote Senior Software Test Engineer (Backend) to join our growing Engineering Team. You will be working with software engineers, quality engineers, and system analysts on our technology stack comprised of hardware, firmware, mobile, web UI (i.e., Angular), NodeJS and Java services, Pub/Sub Messaging Services, MongoDB, InfluxDB (i.e., time scaled database), machine learning, and big data analytics. This role will be focused on designing, architecting, implementing and maintaining API test automation suites to improve and ensure the continuous quality of our software solutions. This person will be key to our Go-Forward Automated Testing Strategy. Top 3 Skills Required: 1. 5+ Years Automated and Manual Testing Java and RESTful API's 2. 5+ Years with automation tools such as (Selenium, Robot, JMeter, Cucumber, etc.) 3. 5+ Years with Web Hosting providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and associated build/release pipeline automation Day to Day You'll primarily be focused on our backend production

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Software Test Engineering (4+ years)
  • Do you have experience working in an Agile Delivery Process (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)?
Preferred
  • What automation tools and frameworks for API Testing (Selenium, Robot, JMeter, Cucumber, etc.) do you have experience working with?
  • What scripting languages (Shell, Python, JavaScript, etc.) do you have experience working with?
  • Do you have experience Web Hosting providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and associated build/release pipeline automation? If yes, which providers?
  • What are you minimum salary expectations to consider making a move?
