Reports to the Senior VP Additional Job Details: 1. Lead and manage the implementation of strategic initiatives from development to launch and ensure sustainability and scalability of new capabilities or processes. 2. Portfolio management including but not limited to advancing, measuring and tracking key strategic initiatives and identifying / analyzing trends and economic drivers impacting success. 3. Lead analytic projects in support of our strategy, partnering as appropriate with the clinical, operational, and finance teams. 4. Conduct enterprise-level analyses to support executive dashboards and KPI reporting. 5. Develop and test hypotheses through problem solving and iterative analysis. 6. Translate strategic launch goals into a meaningful implementation strategy and project plan. 7. Support clear communications across teams and upward to leadership. 8. Understand user workflows with an eye for automation and user experience improvement. 9. Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel. 10. Develop reports from insights generated from our data analyses. 11. Clearly synthesize and communicate the implications of analyses for internal and external stakeholders. 12. Create a culture of data fluency by educating stakeholders on the use of our data and reports. 13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders. 14. Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders, synthesize, and deliver to leadership to improve alignment. Requirements

- Healthcare working with Payor/Providers in the insruance space (8+ years)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
