About our Marketing Team Our company is building out its growth marketing team. This team is responsible for generating qualified leads and driving awareness through digital channels. The company’s current growth engine utilizes 100% inbound leads and we’re looking for a growth marketer to help us scale this engine. About the Role We are seeking a strategic and growth-focused leader to serve as our Very First Growth Marketing Manager. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers by strategically building and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work most closely with the CEO/Head of Products and will build the entire infrastructure within this team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that can easily jump in and independently take on complex challenges. How You'll Make an Impact: * Build the entire infrastructure (people, process and technology) for customer acquisition. * Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support the company's revenue goals. * Create, manage and experiment with acquisition campaigns to increase conversion rates. * Manage budgeting process for customer acquisition, including forecasting and ROI assessments. * Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement. * Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement. * Conduct monthly testing, and create both a quarterly and yearly strategic roadmap to ensure both short-term and long term success of the program. * Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level. * Uncover hidden opportunities. You’ll proactively find blockers to our growth, then work with the rest of the team to remove them. We place a high premium on taking the initiative to solve problems. * Roll up your sleeves and dive in where needed. Like the rest of our team, you’ll roll up your sleeves and help out with projects outside your job description. Who You Are: * You are analytical and data-driven and have measurable results for successfully generating growth in a SaaS startup. * You have a “tester mentality” and enjoy testing and “breaking things” to determine what works best. * You have solid project management skills and an ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. * You have a strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns. Required skills and experience: * 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition working with B2B SaaS startups. * Understanding of the buyer journey and personas. * Robust experience creating and optimizing SEM and marketing campaigns. * Experience managing budgets and working closely with Finance. * Demonstrable ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales.
