Overview

Do you have recruiting experience, a strong desire to help others succeed, and the ability to build, measure, and refine processes? We are looking for a Recruiter Engagement Leader that understands what makes recruiters happy, and the desire to build a team and process geared toward helping recruiters in our Relode community find success. What you need to know: • Partner with Relode Job Managers, Support, Product Development and Marketing to help our recruiter community understand our mission and technology so as to meet their goals and achieve success with Relode. • Serve as ‘player-coach’ to determine the best process to engage recruiters on a regular basis, alert them to matching jobs, and ultimately have them deliver great candidates to Relode clients. • This is a high activity team expected to quickly communicate new job priorities to our recruiter community via multiple communication channels, regularly engage existing recruiters, and onboard new recruiters to get them started on a successful path. • Lead a team of Recruiter Engagement specialists--driving daily and weekly activity, quarterly goals, and their development, as well. • Escalate recruiter issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company, as appropriate. • This is an in-office position with the option to go hybrid after you are fully ramped. What should I expect in the hiring process? • 45 minutes phone screen w/Executive • 1 hour interview w/one or more members of the Recruiter Success Team • Exercise/Presentation: Describe your first 90 days at Relode w/Leadership • Reference check (2-3) • Offer extended

Qualifications

Required
  • Recruiting (3+ years)
  • Recruiter Management (1+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Are you comfortable performing 50+ outbound calls per day and leading a team expected to do the same?
  • Are you able to work in-office daily during your orientation/ramp (approximately 90 days)?
