We are looking for Crowd Engagement Associates to help Relode deliver an incredible experience to recruiters through daily conversations with them, offering insights and job recommendations so they are motivated and equipped to find great candidates. When a new client signs on to access Relode’s network of recruiters and labor market data, they are not just getting a new software & services vendor - they are getting a partner. Required Skills and Experience: • Experience in one or more of the following: o 1+ years customer service or hospitality with heavy outbound component o 1+ years as a recruiter o 1+ years in outbound sales • Associate degree or higher • Comfortable working in daily/weekly goal environment • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude, friendly phone presence • Growth Mindset • A ‘people-person,’ that is excited to have conversations with recruiters every day • Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode’s mission statement, philosophy, and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Partner with Client Success Managers and recruiters to drive hiring results in line with the client strategic plans. • Drive job coverage through engagement with Relode recruiters by making phone calls and other forms of communication. • Screen and onboard new recruiters to Relode’s platform ensuring they are set up for success. • Escalate recruiter issues with speed and urgency • This role is focused on driving job coverage by making sure recruiters are aware of open opportunities based upon their skills and background.
