Overview
Required Skills and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics or a related field with 5 years of proven experience 2. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills 3. Deep analytic and strong quantitative skills 4. Deep knowledge of logistics and production planning concepts 5. Proficiency in software applications that include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint 6. Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others. 8. Dependable and reliable work ethic What You Need to Know: 1. This is a full-time position with your standard Monday - Friday 8a-5p work schedule. 2. Brand new office space in Memphis! 3. Hybrid work scheudle! Additional Job Details: 1. Plan and implement patient acquisition and patient care delivery optimization projects (e.g. outreach prioritization, clinician capacity management and route planning) 2. Oversee new patient volume to forecast variance assessment and action planning 3. Develop capacity and route optimization best practice guidance 4. Discover the most cost-effective schedule management practices 5. Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems 6. Track KPIs and report on patient acquisition and care delivery performance 7. Work with market Clinical Directors and Clinical Service Managers to continuously optimize capacity in the field 8. Identify issues, assist in evaluations and fact gathering to resolve technical and operational problems; provide solutions 9. Create integrated database tracking tools for staffing patterns to optimize staffing forecasts 10. Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance levels
