Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiting Director to join our growing team in Fayetteville, AR. This role will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic recruiting department, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of individuals. Build out a robust, efficient, agile, and awesome recruitment department within Human Resources 2. Grow the team by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring highly skilled candidates that add strategic value to the company's culture, vision, and growth trajectory 3. Scrutinize current recruitment processes and implement any revisions to streamline processes, decrease margin for error, and increase efficiency 4. Assess the needs of the department in order to support rapid growth (100 hires within one year) and build out team, processes, and programs to enable this growth 5. As at any growing company, be willing to perform other tasks and take on other growth opportunities
Qualifications

- Recruiting candidates
- Interviewing/Hiring candidates
- Onboarding new employees
- Training of new employees
- Tell me about a time you identified an area of improvement in the Recruitment Process and what revision you implemented to improve that.
