Job Summary: We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team in Fayetteville, AR. This role will lead all financial personnel while playing a key role working with each of our business unites to implement processes and strategic financial initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, audit, tax, and banking relationships. Build and manage the finance and accounting departments and activities including: Accounting, Budgeting, FP&A, Internal Controls, Banking, Tax, Audit, M&A, and Finance/Accounting IT Systems. 2. Work cross-departmentally to identify priorities and future accounting and finance personnel needs within the organization. 3. Expand upon and implement systems for developing, analyzing, and hitting corporate KPIs. 4. Collaborate with the CEO on capital raises, M&A activity, and board reporting. 5. Collaborate with the COO and leaders across the organization to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives and special projects. 6. Collaborate with our Corporate Controller and General Counsel to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements. 7. Oversee cash flows for the company's operations and analyze business unit performance, capital allocation, risks, and investment strategies. 8. Implement cross-functional business systems, processes, and strategic initiatives. 9. Collaborate with our technology leaders to build the company's finance and reporting IT systems. 10. Qualifications
- a Finance or Accounting related role (10+ years)
- a Senior Leadership position (5+ years)

- Bachelor's degree or higher
