Job Summary: We are seeking a Head of Content to join our growing Marketing Department in Fayetteville, AR. This role requires someone who is a true expert in using words and visuals to tell our brand story and growth the company. This person understands both the art and science behind good contact and is passionate about building a highly functioning team to produce a mountain of amazing work that everyone wants to put in their portfolio. Additional Job Details: • Build and nurture the development of a team of writers, videographers, SEO experts, photographers, and videographers • Work collaboratively across leadership and marketing pillars of Growth, Brand & Buzz, and Program Management to craft comprehensive and cohesive marketing plans • Ensure all timelines and budgets are upheld, delivering amazing service levels to all stakeholders in all divisions • Manage external partners such as freelancers responsible for assisting with marketing • Establish systems and processes to make our workflows more efficient • Constantly seek ways to automate manual tasks and create templates for repeatable work • Block and tackle for the team as needed, organize incoming requests and define appropriate timelines and tasks; establish priority and assign appropriate team members to tasks • Communicate with key project stakeholders to gather all project requirements, set timeline expectations, and provide updates • Manage projects on an ongoing basis to ensure we're on track to meet deadlines, keep a tight feedback loop with the team on status, and reprioritize work when needed to hit our highest priority targets • Report on a regular basis on content performance as it relates to conversion and how we are continuously improving • As with any growing company, many other tasks and responsibilities should be expected as well as growth opportunities to be seized
Qualifications
- Managing a Content Teams in a fast-paced environment (3+ years)
- What Project Management tools do you have (Asana, etc.)?
- How do you prioritize a large workload and distill large amounts of information into concise, actionable tasks?
