DESCRIPTION We are growing and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers to ensure our company delivers the best value for their recruitment and hiring needs. What You'll Do * Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform * Become a platform expert to provide solutions based consultation, training, and support * Maintain an understanding of your customer’s recruiting and employee placement strategy * Lead online webinars, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate customers on the features of our platform * Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps * Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues * Collaborate with Customer Onboarding Managers and Success Representatives to ensure a cohesive customer experience * Partner with the Sales and Product teams to determine upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Who You Are * 1-2 years experience in a Customer Success / Account Manager position * Strong customer-facing and presentation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * BA or BS degree preferred * HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary Perks & Benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Unlimited PTO Wellness Reimbursement Internal training programs In person events and activities Employee hubs and office locations nationwide Healthy life/work balance Fun, collaborative, and flexible work environment About Our Company We pride ourselves on putting people first. Qualifications

Required
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Customer Success
    • Account Management
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
