Overview

DESCRIPTION Members of the Customer Success team make up an elite services team. The Customer Onboarding Manager's top priority is to assist customers in finding the best possible solutions for their needs and to work closely with new and existing customers to ensure initial onboarding, deployments, and expansions are executed with perfection. Responsibilities: * Responsible for assisting the Sales and Customer Success teams with high- stakes demos, onboardings, implementations, and feature enablement reviews. * Escalation point for Support Engineers. * Proficiency in all of our products. * Assist with competitive analysis, developing battle cards, and product positioning. * Work closely with customers and sales account executives to ensure Success Plan execution. * Create and manage internal and external product and training documentation. Requirements, Skills, & Experience 4+ years experience in an implementation / onboarding role 2+ years of experience supporting a technical product, preferably for a SaaS startup 4-year college degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills A positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service Detail-oriented and extremely organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment You possess empathy and can identify with users who may be frustrated, and are able to calm them while addressing their issue Self-motivated with proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting A genuine passion for software and technology Perks and benefits * Working remotely with the goal of traveling/being in an office periodically for training/events * Career development and a path to promotion within the company * Comprehensive benefits package * Fun, collaborative, and energetic team environment About Us We are the leading Healthcare Recruitment Technology specializing in high-volume people sourcing.     • Implementation
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Support Tech Product
    • SaaS Startup
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
