DESCRIPTION The Role Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, the Customer Success Operations Manager role will manage and lead our Customer Success Operations team. This team is the backbone of the Customer Success team, managing technical aspects of account support. This will be a remote, work from home position, with the ability to go into our NYC office as you please.     • Technical Product Support
    • SaaS Stratup Experience
  • Do you have SQL Experience?
