What we look for in a sales leader: - You are comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life via email, chat, phone, and video call - You can distill complex topics in a way that is easy to understand, and can adjust messaging to your audience - from CFOs and Ops leaders through Shift Leads and facility managers. - You love to help solve problems (your own and others') - You thrive in a fluid environment and enjoy taking on new responsibilities and challenges - You are relentlessly resourceful with a bias for action - You are self-reliant and goal-driven Responsibilities: - You will represent the future of work for thousands of workers as the driver of our pipeline of sales opportunities - Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers (both users and buyers) - Take opportunities from inbound, trade shows, and other sources and own them to completion to meet sales goals (position will initially be salaried with bonus and commission opportunities planned for the future) - Communicate well with Marketing to improve the quality of the Marketing-to-Sales pipeline - Drive your own new opportunities through referrals, out-bounding, and partnerships with Marketing - Work with Customer Success to ensure successful transition of customers from prospects to users Required skills and experience: - 1-3 years of B2B relationship sales experience - Experience with a sales CRM - Willing to travel (up to 75%) Nice to have's: - A bachelor's degree or higher - Industrial and large customer sales experience - Experience selling physical or safety products - Hubspot, Salesforce experience **Client would like to see candidates from a major airport hub city. Example: Chicago would be their #1 preference (lots of potential clients in that area), but any major airport hub (Charlotte, Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, Los Angelas, NYC, etc) would be strongly preferred.** What you need to know: Salary: $130k-$150k yearly Pay structure is: "salary" - no commission (Compensation will be based on level of experience and years of experience) Interview process: *1st Primary Interview: Video Call *2nd Interview w/CEO: Video Call *Final Interview: In person (paid flight to Nashville TN) to professionally present a company pitch and discuss details and specifics of offer package.
