Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Client Engagement Manager to join our growing Client Services Team. This is a Remote opportunity that will be responsible for all phases of the Client Life Cycle including implementations, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for our health insurance clients. Top "Must-Have" Skills for this job: • 7+ years of professional experience working within a health underwriting at a Health Brokerage, Insurance, Consulting, or Corporate Benefit company • Experience guiding clients through implementations of our models • Strong Project Management experience • Hands-on experience working with SQL or BI Analysis Tools (nice to have) o Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc. • Strong organization and time management skills • Excellent ability to build relationships with strong written and oral communication skills Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medial, Dental, Vision) • 401K • Unlimited PTO, Paid Holidays • Equipment Provided • Remote Opportunity • And much more! Qualifications

Required
  • Health Insurance Underwriting (7+ years)
  • Are you fully vaccinated for COVID-19? *Full vaccination = 2 or more weeks have passed since the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) or since the first dose in a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine). Vaccine must be approved/authorized by the FDA?
  • Are you willing and able to provide proof of full vaccination to HR at least 1 week prior to your start date?
  • Do you have experience working with Healthcare Companies?
Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • SQL
    • Tableau
    • PowerBI
    • Qlikview
    • Other BI Analysis Tools (not listed)
  • Tell me about your experience managing all phases of the Client Life Cycle (do you help with implementations, data analysis, workflow design, etc.).
