HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO… We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join the global Marketing team. This individual is responsible for executing the company’s content marketing strategy and activities globally, as well as events/tradeshows for North America. The role is based in our Boston office but works remote with our Paris team. In this role, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the extended global Marketing team as well as the global Sales and Product teams to plan and execute a wide range of content marketing assets and initiatives to ultimately generate and drive the sales pipeline and expand brand awareness of our industry expertise. MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES • Participate in the creation of the global marketing plan with the global Marketing team and the Chief Product Officer, and the plan’s subsequent execution and follow-up • Work with Sales, Product and R&D experts of our various software solutions to generate and execute a ‘Content Factory’ marketing plan: industry content, key messages for clients… • Plan and execute field marketing events/tradeshows for the North American market that deliver ROI to the business. • Engage Marketing and Sales colleagues, both pre and post-events, to optimize results in terms of awareness, inquiries, and revenue. • In charge of the reporting for the outcome of all regional marketing plans ensuring proper handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated in the region. • Create and adapt all marketing assets in liaison with the Sales and Product teams (videos, brochures, flyers, technical documentation, white papers …) PROFILE The ideal candidate will have marketing, content creation, and event planning experience gained in a financial services-related or technology organization. He/she is efficient and well-organized, team-oriented, has attention to detail, results orientated, with strong written and verbal communication skills, initiative, task ownership, and enthusiasm. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in content creation and field marketing • Experience in event management, from planning to execution REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS • Familiarity with lead acquisition and nurturing process and system using Salesforce CRM, email and social tools is a must have • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner • Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule • Familiarity with marketing automation platform and CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce) a plus • Experienced within B2B Software and/or Financial Services technologies (FinTech) is preferred WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
