Product Manager

About the role Play a role in delivering a product that will make the power of the internet of things available to everyone. We’re looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our Product Team. The ideal product manager will be passionate about working in complex problems, has experience working on SaaS environments where product is central to success, and is a strong verbal and written communicator. Requirements * 4+ years experience with leading product ownership efforts * Engage in product design process from ideation to launch to post-launch * Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative research data * Must be able to analyze customer behavior data to strategize, communicate, and eventually implement product features or improvements * Ability to assess and communicate implications of research and business cases on the product roadmap * Must be able to manage and communicate the status of a highly visible product roadmap and backlog and work toward a stable input process for teams across the organization * Deep experience with cross-team communication at all levels of the organization. * Very strong writing and presentation skills * Must be able to present cases and findings to all stakeholders: executives, division leadership, and division specialists (including sales, marketing, development, and customer success) * Must be able to develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to create and communicate product strategy. * Must be able to clearly communicate priorities, milestones, ETAs to multiple teams in the organization * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Benefits * Competitive Salary * Profit Sharing Bonus Program - Spytec GPS’ profit sharing plan provides a target profit goal for the entire company on a yearly basis. * Generous Vacation & PTO * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance & Flexible Spending Account * 100% company-paid insurance option for individuals * Retirement plan - company funded Pension and Defined Benefit Plan along with a self-directed 401K * Laptop - Mac or PC?
