Overview

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be part of a team where you will be responsible for helping to provide 3rd level technical support for 1000+ users, supporting on-site hardware/infrastructure, evaluating, and implementing new technology capabilities and driving efficiencies with processes, procedures and automation Top 3 Skills Needed: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 2. Office 365 experience (E5 specifically, preferred) 3. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows 10, SharePoint, Intune, Mobile Device Management, etc.) and the ability to learn new technologies and systems Day to Day You'll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system issues providing technical workarounds if available/appropriate. Office 365 configuration and management (security suite of products). Management/monitoring/troubleshooting of on-site Audio Video (AV) systems, printers, and infrastructure hardware. Supporting end users with escalated tasks/incidents. Implementation of new technologies (planning, communication, testing, implementation). On-site support for infrastructure changes and local office personnel.

Qualifications

Required
  • Do you or will you require sponsorship to work in the US?
  • 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • logstics
    • Agile
    • ServiceNow
  • Are you seeking full-time?
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Office 365/ E5
    • working with cross-functional teams
    • trouble shooting on-site Audio Video (AV) systems, printer, and infrasture hardware
    • providing on-site support for infrastrutuce changes and local office personnel
    • Hardware inventory management (CMDB) in support of both office and field staff employee
