Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter: 3 years (Required) 2. Call center recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) 3. Applicant Tracking System (ADP or Clear Company): 1 year (Preferred) 4. Experience with Google Ad words, Indeed, Instagram, ZipRecruiter, TikTok and other digital recruitment platforms (Preferred) 5. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 8. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience What you need to know: 1. $10,000 relocation bonus! 2. This is an on-site position located in Tulsa, OK. Interview process: 2-step interview process! Additional job details: 1. Responsible for meeting hiring objectives by attracting candidates for top of funnel results for multiple clients across the United States. 2. Manage digital advertising sources, including job boards, PPC, radio, print, retargeting and paid social media. 3. Create and manage job posting - content, titles, and placement, optimizing job campaigns for efficiency. 4. Manage department performance goals including, fill rates, turnover, and return on investment. 5. Deliver ongoing reports to track results 6. Updating job descriptions and job specifications. 7. Review and pre-screen candidates to determine skills and experience needed for open positions. 8. Consult with hiring managers on candidate qualifications as needed. 9. Administer the on-boarding process, including new hire paperwork along with staff. 10. Coordinates and participates in job fairs. 11. Process background checks and drug screening. 12. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. 13. Assist the Human Resources department with other assignments as needed.
