Physical Therapist (Contract)

Overview

Physical Therapist Location: - Union Wellness Center - Channahon, IL. - 1-Month Contract, possibility to extend longer. Details: - begin ASAP - will see 5 patients/day. - MD, RN, & MA will be on-site to help provide backup help as needed. Must Have: - Active Illinois license Mon. 8:00am - 5:00pm Tues. 9:00am - 7:00pm Wed. 8:00am - 5:00pm Thurs. 9:00am - 7:00pm Fri. 8:00am - 4:30pm *w/ a 1 hour lunch break each day **will flex Tues/Thurs hours so they do not work over 40 hours in a week

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) in Illinois (IL)
