Overview
We are seeking a fulltime Product Manager to join our growing Software Development Team in Fayetteville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for helping shape the vision of our most important external facing products by creating well-written, thorough user stories which our software development squads will leverage to deliver new features. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are delivering maximum value. Job Overview: • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to optimize business value from our product(s) • Utilize SAFe methodology to elicit requirements and prioritize features • Decompose epics and features into clearly written user stories which contain acceptance criteria • Participate in, and in some cases lead, Agile Scrum ceremonies • Create visual aids to help explain requirements to our dev. squads: process flows, mind maps, etc. • Work "one on one" with UX resources to ensure product vision is properly captured • Measure feature usage post-release to make recommendations to our business partners concerning enhancing, modifying, or retiring features Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) • PTO, Sick Days • Collaborative team environment • Ability to join a high-growth company • And much more! Qualifications
- a technical Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment (2+ years)

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Interpreting Streaming Analytics (GA, Firebase, Data Studio, etc.)
- Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile Project Management Tools
- Do you have experience creating documentation which breaks down complex requirements into easier-to-understand features (e.g. Visio, Miro, Lucid Charts, etc.)?
- What Agile project management tools do you have experience with (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, ZenHub, etc.)?
- Do you have experience working at a startup?
- Do you have any Mapping experience?
- Valid PMI-ACP
- Master's degree or higher
