Overview

We are seeking a fulltime UX Researcher to join our growing team in Fayetteville, AR. In this role, you will work directly with one of our business units where you'll be responsible for executing the generation and facilitation of user-led research studies. Job Overview: • Conduct research projects for your business unit to build strong knowledge of users and the product • Conduct research consisting of hypothesis, foundational research, strategic testing, implementation, and monitoring • Develop an understanding of your users, learn about their needs, and identify opportunities to delight them • Demonstrate your understanding of our users and deliver two case studies per year • Effectively prioritize your research efforts along with product goals • Guide Product Managers and Product Designers in conducting research with a high degree of value; ensure research follows your defined and documented processes • Demonstrate, explain, and teach others how to apply a range of research methods to extract both quantitative and qualitative data • Actively contribute to the UX Research team culture, processes, and documentation Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) • PTO, Sick Days • Collaborative team environment • Ability to join a high-growth company • And much more! Qualifications

Required
  • a UX Researcher position (2+ years)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
    • Tableau or PowerBI
    • Streaming Analytics (GTM and Google Analytics)
    • Analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude)
    • Experience working on Enterprise and Consumer Facing Products
Preferred
  • Do you have experience working in Startup environments? If yes, please list the start-up company you worked at.
  • Do you have experience working in the fintech industry? If yes, please list the company you worked at.
  • Do you have experience with VWO analytics suite?
  • What Research Methods are you most familiar/comfortable working with?
