Overview

LPN or RN Monday, Wednesday, Friday role: approximately 20 hours per week Schedule: - Monday 12pm - 5:30pm - Wednesday 8am - 4pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday 7:30am - 2pm, 30 minute lunch Location: - CHC - AlloSource - Address: 6278 South Troy Circle Centennial, CO Daily responsibility: - Patient Check-in - Rooming Patients - Taking Vitals - Lab Draws Clinic see patients over the age of two and this is a one provider/one clinical staff person clinic Patient load is on average 2 patients per hour Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN - Epic training is a plus, but training can be provided if needed Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
