Overview

PA or NP in family medicine/family practice Monday shift only (~5.5 hours per week) Schedule: - Monday 12pm - 5:30pm Location: - CHC - AlloSource - Address: 6278 South Troy Circle Centennial, CO Clinic see patients over the age of two and this is a one provider/one clinical staff person clinic Patient load is on average 2 patients per hour Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an PA or NP - Epic training is a plus, but training can be provided if needed Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
