Overview

LPN or RN Monday, Wednesday, Friday role: approximately 27 hours per week Schedule: - Monday 7:00am - 4:30pm, 30 minute lunch - Wednesday 7:00am - 4:30pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm, 30 minute lunch Location: - CHC - DTNA Portland - Address: 4709 North Lagoon Ave. Portland, OR Daily responsibility: - Primary Care Clinic Coverage - Lab Draws - Paper record keeping (no EMR) Clinic see patients over the age of two Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
