As a Family Development Specialist, you will be helping children and adolescents who are at risk of being removed from the home. Our goal is to preserve the family. You will be working on: -Communication skills -Individual and family sessions -Case management activities -Creating individual treatment plans based on family’s needs Am I a good fit? In this position you will be travelling in the community to meet families where they are. A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning. Attention to detail and organization skills will ensure success in this role. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Social Service field is required, master's degree preferred, as well as 2 years’ experience with youth or families. Experience in mental health, social work, psychology is preferred. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- This is a full-time position, require travel throughout the community to meet with clients - does this match what you're looking for?

- working with youth and their familes in a behavioral health setting
- working within the field of mental health or social work
- Supervising visits
- providing skill building and resource linkage services
