Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager of Engagement to join our growing team in New York, NY. This role will be critical in delivering our core product offering – enrolling millions of low-income Americans in life-changing benefits, putting millions of dollars in their pockets. Job Overview: • Coach, manage, and grow a team that is doing high volume outbound call campaigns • Foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the engagement team is delivering on SLAs and KPIs on a daily and weekly basis, as well as delivering the highest quality member engagement • Report out to the rest of the company on your team’s performance, and any challenges reaching goals • Continuously seek to improve existing SOPs and processes that drive efficiency and quality of the team’s work • Partner with technology and product teams on an ongoing basis. Qualifications

Required
  • 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Managing Teams
    • Call Center Management experience or expereince Managing Outbound Sales Teams
  • Are you willing and able to work in-office for this position?
Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Experience in cold outreach (cold calling), sales, political campaigns, hospitality
    • Salesforce
    • SQL
    • Health Tech expereince
