Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team in New York, NY as a Remote position. This role will be a founding member of the talent acquisition team where you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates in a creative way, contributing to our employer brand, and iterating on our recruiting practices as we scale 10x and beyond. This is a full cycle recruiting role that will manage the Hiring Manager and Candidate experience from application to hire! Job Overview: • Represent our company to prospective candidates through email and initial interviews or introductory phone calls • Own candidate experience by partnering with hiring managers and interview teams to deliver positive interview experiences • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and iterate on job descriptions for roles across departments and levels • Review and evaluate applicant profiles, pushing forward qualified, strong candidates based on the unique needs of each hiring team • Meet and report on SLAs and KPIs of all talent acquisition operations, providing consistent updates on work funnels and flag delays and blockers to key stakeholders for resolution • Prepare offer documents and share offer details with potential new hires, answering any questions they may have about the company and the culture Selling Points: • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • PTO, Sick Days • Collaborative team environment • Ability to join a high-growth company • And much more! *Schedule: Fulltime | Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours
Qualifications
- Full Cycle Recruiting (3+ years)

3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
- Recruiting for bi-lingual roles
- Startup Experience
- Health Tech Experience
- What ATS Systems are you familiar with?
- How would you attract talent (sourcing methods/pools)?
- What’s your strategy for wrangling stakeholders/hiring managers?
- How would you describe the ideal candidate experience?
- How would you recruit diverse candidates?
