Overview

It is the Director’s role to ensure all sites are performing up to Charah standards in safety, production, environmental compliance, HR, and P&L policies. This includes communicating internally and with the customer (up to and including the Plant Manager as well as Director level corporate utility personnel) on a frequent basis. Top 4 Skills Needed: 1. Experience Directing Field Projects in the Coal, Ash, or Concrete Industry. 2. Firmly understand Project Safety measured against Project Performance 3. Customer/Client Relations 4. Controlled and Managed multiple P&L's Day to Day This position is responsible for managing 5 to 10 projects spread over multiple states. Projects could vary in size from 10 employees to 60 employees. Projects will be focused on traditional power plant daily ash management operations and medium to large ($20M-$500M) construction projects. All projects will have a Site Manager or Project Manager on location directing day to day activities.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Construction Management (10+ years)
  • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Preferred
  • Do you have experience working within the power generation industry?
  • Do you have experience working in the Coal Ash Industry?
  • Do you have experience working in the Cement or Ready Mix Industry?
