Essential Functions Who We Are Looking For  A registered nurse who epitomizes our values, including integrity, authenticity, and steadfastness. You’ll evaluate patients, create care plans, and ensure correct documentation, all while communicating with everyone involved (patient, patient’s family, care team, supervisor). You’ll also oversee licensed practical nurses and the home health aide to ensure every patient receives quality care. Qualifications •A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care •Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse •Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred) •Required: Reliable transportation.
