FNP or PAFP needed Schedule: - Monday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Tuesday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Wednesday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm, 30 minute lunch Location: Wake County - Downtown 337 S Salisbury St. Raleigh, NC 27601 **Free parking with validation stamp from health center** Job Description: Primary Care (Adults only, 18&up) - No occupational medicine at this time. - Clinic Setting (in-person and virtual) - 2-5 patients per day, but expect to grow overtime - Assistance will be provided (MA) Required skills and experience: - Preferably at least two years of experience in primary care or acute care - EPIC experience is a plus but not required - Biometric visit experience is a plus Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test (TB) within the last 12 months with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of the results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
  • Are you vaccinated against HepB or have you had a titers test done recently with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of vaccination records or titers test results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
  • Are you hands on CPR certified?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • FNP
    • PAFP
  • FNP or PAFP (2+ years)
