Overview

CMA or RN needed, possibility to extend contract Schedule: - Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch Location: CHC ADV City School 3879 Rhodes Ave. New Boston, OH 45662 Responsibilities: - Health Center can see patients age 2 and up - In-person and virtual appointments - 10-20 patients per day - Must be familiar with drawing labs Required skills and experience: - Preferably at least two years of experience as a CMA or RN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test (TB) within the last 12 months with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of the results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
• Are you vaccinated against HepB or have you had a titers test done recently with a negative result? Must be able to provide a copy of vaccination records or titers test results. If you do not have a copy, please answer no.
• Are you hands on CPR certified?
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • CMA
  • RN
