Your Role As an Executive Assistant, you support the organization by supporting senior leaders with managing their calendars, travel, and external meetings. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners on behalf of the executive team to assist in scheduling, organizing events and interviews, and more. You’ll help the entire enterprise by supporting the leadership team and helping them be more effective and efficient. Primary functions for this role - Provide administrative support to a growing team of healthcare leaderships (VPs up to C-suite) - Schedule internal and external meetings, set up conference calls and video meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take notes or minutes as needed - Answer calls and greet visitors - Collate and distribute mail and manage office supplies - Make travel arrangements for job candidates and senior leaders staff including booking flights, car reservation, and drafting itineraries that take all potential considerations into account; as needed, provide support to the staff on the ground remotely - Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence - Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents - Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Other duties as necessary How You Qualify - You reviewed the Who You Are section of this job posting and immediately felt the need to read on.
