Urgent need for Nurse Practitioner Scope of Services: Primary care, Urgent care, PT, BH Other staff on-site: 1-2 MAs, PT, Behavioral Therapist Location: Land O' Lakes Wellness Center 4001 Lexington Ave N, Arden Hills, MN 55126 Shift Schedule: M/W/F - 7am-4pm T/Th - 8am-5pm *1 hour lunch break each day (30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid) Start date: Asap; 2 month contract, on-going till perm position is offered Patient volume: 0-5 Interview Process: 1. Candidate presentation 2. Set phone interview with Relode 3. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager 4. Offer/hire Candidate Turnaround Expectation: * 24 hours Additional Job Details: Pay Rate: base $55/hour Required skills and experience: - Licensed NP

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Minnesota (MN)
