Your Role As the Medicare Sales Manager, this individual serves as the market Quarterback, executing the national strategy and calling real-time plays at the local level. Charged with driving both efficient and effective utilization of field assets to achieve growth objectives, this leader will be channel-agnostic and visible and supportive to all distribution partners. To be effective in the role: You must have superior Medicare Advantage sales expertise and proven success growing a territory. Knowledge of the local market and experience in building provider-based relationships is crucial to your success. Leading by example and being accountable to both internal and external partners will be a key performance indicator Primary functions for this role: - Build a local growth strategy in collaboration with senior management and key provider partners to drive Medicare Advantage CSNP enrollment. - Translate the sales strategy into provider and community specific plans and activities that generate leads and assist beneficiaries in understanding and selecting a CSNP plan. - Support the creation and execution of local educational and lead-generation events. - Develop and manage broker relationships in support of growth objectives - Engage with health plan compliance partners and monitor local agent activities to ensure compliant sales initiative and activities, providing additional training and instruction as needed. - Develop a local market lead distribution strategy and follow-up approach to enable optimal return on investment Be visible in the local market, communicating often and effectively, to support provider and producer partners and build and maintain market relationships. - Regularly share best-practices and provide training to support the unique elements of a CSNP enrollment. - Continuously monitor and measure performance and adjust strategy as needed to achieve goals Ensure compliant sales initiatives and activities for both internal and external agents How You Qualify - Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred - 7+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage leadership Proven experience exceeding sales and performance goals. - Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time. - Physician engagement experience preferred Applicable state licensure to sell Medicare Advantage products How You are Supported You will benefit from our exceptional total rewards package, including competitive base pay with bonuses, paid time off starting at 4 weeks for full-time employees and unlimited for senior leadership, 12 paid holidays per year, reimbursement for continuing medical education, 401k with 4% match, health, dental, and vision insurance, family-friendly policies that support paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements.
