Required skills and experience: - You’re a leader that your teammates are excited to work with every day. - Must have an aptitude for navigating a buying cycle - managing gatekeepers, influencing multiple decision-makers, and understanding the complexities of a transaction. - Must have the ability to generate, identify and establish new meetings - Keen ability to identify, attract and hire potential SDR’s - Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact and create qualified opportunities. - Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s - Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR. - Work closely with the Executive team to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams - Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment - Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode’s mission statement, philosophy, and values. - Team player. You enjoy collaboration and clear communication. - Critical thinker and listener. - You love to present, listen and respond to feedback/concerns. - You’re persuasive. - You’re agile. - You enjoy high-volume, high-velocity sales. This is not a “Here’s 10 accounts, devise an 18-month strategy for each,” role. What you need to know: Interview process: - 2 Interviews w/ Head of Sales/CS, - 1 with CAO - 1 with CEO Job selling points: - Opportunity for SDR Leader to run their own show and build out an SDR Model they know works. - Opportunity to hire and train your own team of SDR's! Additional job details: - Must be in office (Brentwood, TN) - Leading a team of SDRs/ BDRs to create qualified opportunities for the sales team - Train other members of the SDR/BDR team - Take on operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR/BDR team perform and exceed expectations. You are a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the SDRs/BDRs, and help to train, onboard, and mentor new SDRs/BDRs with the help of the Sales team & Head of CS/Sales.
Qualifications
- Have you previously led SDR's and/or BDR's?
- Are you familiar and comfortable with modern tools used by SDR's? (Salesforce, Outreach, Seamless, Chorus, etc.)
- Are you excited about building out a model and hiring your own team of SDR's from scratch?
- Are you prepared to work out of the Brentwood, TN office, daily?
