CMA or LPN Schedule: - Monday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am - Tuesday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Thursday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am - Friday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Location: CHC Adams County 11860 N Pecos St Westminster, CO 80234 Required skills and experience: - Family Medicine clinic seeing approximately 2 patients per hour - Patients are age 2 and older - Epic experience preferred, but not required - Phlebotomy skills needed Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
