Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can utilize tools to analyze data, develop reporting mechanisms, and recommend solutions to help the leadership team gain real-time statuses of construction projects and other key business metrics to enable informed decisions to increase individual project and overall company revenues and efficiencies. Responsibilities • Use data to understand business patterns and trends • Develop business understanding of complex and varying data sources • Conduct regular ad hoc report creation and analyses for mid-level and senior management • Build visualization reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Eventually implement visual dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insight to construction operations • Serve as liaison to third party database management partner on occasion Qualifications • BS or BA in Business Analysis or related field • 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis roles • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting • Solid experience in Cognos software • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
