Overview

CMA or LPN needed Schedule: - Monday: 10:30 am - 6:00 pm, 30 minute lunch - Tuesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute lunch - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday: 7:00 am - 2:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Location: CHC City of Kingsport 415 Broad St. Suite 644 Kingsport, TN 37660 Required skills and experience: - Seeing patients ages 2+ - Urgent and Primary Care - Approximately 2.5 patients/hour Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
