RN or RN with Occupational Health Experience

Overview

RN or RNCOH needed Schedule can be flexible, two days required at the hours 5:00 am - 1:30 pm and start time for other days can be 7 am or 8 am respectively getting off at 3:30 pm or 4:30 pm: - Monday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Wednesday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch - Friday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Location: Smuckers of Scottsville 1070 Smiths Grove Rd. Scottsville, KY 42164 Required skills and experience: - Occupational Health, ICU, CCU, or ER experience is a plus but not required Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
